About Your Photographer
Hey there! Thanks for taking a peek around Studio77 Boudoir Photography! I’m Shannon and I started Studio77 in 2008. I started on the wonderful journey (I call it a journey, because it’s a never-ending adventure!) by photographing families, children, pets, and any one who wanted to get in front of my camera! I loved every minute of it. I’m kind of a “Chatty Cathy”, and loved getting to know my clients. Some have even become friends!
I am almost completely self-taught, with Google being my best friend. In this day and age, there is so much information on the web, it’s almost a sin not to take advantage of it! I rifled through websites full of tips and tricks, ideas and techniques, and really awesome photos. I started to kind of carve out a niche for myself by editing my images differently than most people did. People seemed to respond well to it, and it sort of became my “look”.
Later I discovered Boudoir Photography. WOW! I just had to try it! After one shoot, I was hooked. I already loved connecting with people on a personal level, but this really took it to another level. I really enjoy bringing out the sexy-fun-daring side of women. It’s empowering! One of my favorite parts is revealing images after the shoot. The looks on my ladies faces are priceless!
